How do our dogs and puppies live?

1. How do our little girls live?

Even though we live in a family house, our dogs live with us at home. We don't have kennels or kennels outside. I believe that a cocker spaniel wants to live life with you, by your side, which actually means that wherever you go, he's at your heels (sometimes even under your heels :D) and he's really happy that way (at least my girls think so) :)... … and yes, he sleeps with us in bed…but you can also find him on the couch, in a bed, on the floor, under the table, hidden behind curtains or in a closet, just wherever he wants. :D There's no time for boredom with a cocker spaniel. Of course, we have a garden at the house, which the girls can use as they please. They love the garden...especially in the summer, when they systematically harvest all the crops, starting with radishes, cherries, blueberries, beans, apples, tomatoes and cucumbers...our girls are goats and always steal something somewhere :D. But we don't leave them in the garden alone. Yes, if we are at home, then yes.If they want, they can be outside, but as I wrote above, they always want to be on your heels, so it seems that if we disappear home, the girls stay lying outside the door and wait...except for Arriva, who lies down on her observation base (read well :D) and watches the surroundings, SHE LOVES IT! But if we go shopping, to work, etc., the girls are always locked up at home...because it's so easy to hurt them these days.

As for vacations, we plan them more or less for our girls, because seeing the joy in their eyes is priceless. Plus, they love driving! This is certainly the advantage of a smaller pack...we are still in a number where it is possible and realistic to take everyone with us and enjoy such a joyful time together.

2. Where do we raise puppies?

We also raise the puppies in the warmth of our home, specifically in the living room, where I sleep with them all the time and take care of them. They automatically learn the routines of the household, the common sounds of the TV, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, etc. At the right time, our family and friends, aged 3 - 80, go to socialize the puppies, so the puppies are used to different age categories. Exploring our garden is a matter of course and the puppies enjoy it very much. About a week before the collection, we try to take the puppies for short walks around our house so that they get used to walking on a leash. As part of the training, they also visit the local pet store, where they are the favorites of the staff and customers... of course :D

3. How do puppies leave us?

Puppies leave us at the earliest at the age of 8 weeks (rather later) after a previous visit to the future owner, dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, with Petpas and the first mini coat treatment. They have experience in socialization, basic coat treatment, bathing, blow-drying, car riding, walking on a leash, being outside, running around the house, being in a pack, etc. They take a premium package to their new home, which includes, for example: a blanket with the smell of their mother, kibble, pouches, treats, leash + collar, toys, poop bags, comb, cosmetics, pee pads, a folder with photos, a cover leaflet, a description of the dog + its experiences and basic information about it, a contract and a pedigree...

......and they also take a big piece of our heart with them.
